Dried mulberry is a highly nutritious and natural snack obtained by drying fresh mulberries using traditional methods. There are two main types: White mulberry and Black mulberry. White mulberries are more commonly dried, while black mulberries are mainly used for making syrup or jam. In Turkey, the highest quality dried mulberries are produced in Malatya, Elazıg and Erzincan provinces.
